Product Marketing Manager / Healthcare - Tampa (Hybrid) - $120K

Position located in Tampa area near Airport. Hybrid role: Tues, Wed, Thurs in the office. The Product Marketer is responsible for developing and executing product marketing strategies & messaging that drives awareness, demand, customer adoption, and commercial success and serves as the bridge between Product Management, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing, translating complex product capabilities into compelling customer value propositions and differentiated market messaging. The ideal candidate has experience commercializing healthcare / software products, developing go-to-market strategies, creating product-specific messaging, and enabling sales teams to effectively position solutions within the healthcare payer, provider, or healthcare technology markets. Key Responsibilities Develop product positioning, value propositions, messaging, and competitive differentiation for healthcare SaaS solutions. Lead go-to-market planning and commercialization efforts for new product launches, feature releases, and strategic initiatives. Create product-specific marketing content/decks including solution briefs, product pages, case studies, sales presentations, white papers, email campaigns, webinars, and customer success stories. Partner closely with Product Management to understand product capabilities, market opportunities, and customer needs. Collaborate with Sales and Revenue teams to develop sales enablement materials, competitive battlecards, product presentations, and customer-facing collateral. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, customer interviews, and win/loss analysis to inform product positioning and messaging. Support customer adoption, product awareness, and expansion initiatives through targeted marketing campaigns and lifecycle communications. Measure product marketing performance, launch effectiveness, pipeline contribution, customer engagement, and adoption metrics, using insights to continuously improve commercialization strategies. Required Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 5+ years of product marketing experience within a B2B SaaS environment. Demonstrated experience developing product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies. Experience supporting software product launches and commercialization initiatives. Strong ability to translate technical product capabilities into customer-focused messaging and business value. Excellent written, presentation, and communication skills. Proven ability to collaborate across Product Management, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Executive Leadership. Preferred Experience marketing software solutions to health plans, payers, provider organizations, or other healthcare enterprises. Experience marketing enterprise healthcare technology Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Marketo. Familiarity with buyer personas, customer journey mapping, competitive intelligence, and market segmentation.
