Position: Marketing & Social Media Manager

Location: Tampa, FL

Duration: Full Time

We are seeking a creative, results-driven Marketing & Social Media Manager to build brand awareness, strengthen our digital presence, and generate qualified leads for our architectural window film business.

Experience in architectural products, building materials, construction, glazing, glass, or window film.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute social media and digital marketing strategies.
  • Manage LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
  • Create engaging content including posts, videos, graphics, case studies, product stories, and industry insights.
  • Build relationships with architects, designers, contractors, dealers, influencers, and industry media.
  • Manage email marketing, website content, SEO, and lead-generation campaigns.
  • Support product launches, trade shows, events, webinars, and industry initiatives.
  • Track marketing performance, engagement, website traffic, and lead generation.
  • Work closely with Sales and Leadership to develop campaigns that generate business opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 3–7+ years of marketing, social media, or B2B marketing experience.
  • Strong LinkedIn and digital marketing skills.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and content-creation abilities.
  • Experience with SEO, email marketing, analytics, and digital advertising.
  • Creative, organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Experience in architectural products, building materials, construction, glazing, glass, or window film .
