Work in a professional environment where your talent is valued, your tools are supported, and your future is bright.*This is a flat-rate positionAs a member of the H-Team, you'll Enjoy:Comprehensive benefits: Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insuranceChildcare reimbursement to help with family needsFlexible spending accounts for added convenience401(k) with company match to help secure your futureImmediate accrual of paid time off—start taking time for yourself right awaySubstantial vehicle/service discounts—save big on your ride and servicesWellness benefits including a free gym membership to keep you in top shapePet insurance for your furry friendsAnnual incentives and opportunities for career advancement—we love to promote from within!Company events and community engagement to help you connect and give backKey Responsibilities:Perform repairs accurately and efficiently according to the repair order.Diagnose vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs.Inspect vehicles for additional safety or repair needs and communicate findings to the Estimator or Body Shop Manager.Remove, repair, replace, align, and adjust damaged body panels, parts, and accessories using appropriate tools and repair methods.Prepare and refinish repaired surfaces, including dent repair, body filler, sanding, and painting as needed.Maintain a clean and safe work area, tools, equipment, and required documentation while following all applicable safety and environmental regulations.Attend required training, stay current on repair procedures and technical updates, and perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.Formal training in automotive body repair, plus 1-3 years of relevant technical experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and information.Ability to follow detailed instructions and work cooperatively with all other staff.A high level of energy and strong motivation to learn and succeed.Solid technical knowledge and skills related to automotive body repair.Basic math skills, with some estimating experience desirable.
