Senior Engineering Manager Full Time, Remote position based in San Diego or Los Angeles, CA. Base Pay: $180,000.00/yr - $220,000.00/yr. Responsibilities Write production code alongside your team, while setting technical direction and ensuring thoughtful architecture. Pair with engineers, conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and model best practices to ship high-quality features at pace. Recruit, coach, and develop engineers to reach their full potential while aligning on shared outcomes. Own engineering metrics around velocity, quality, and reliability. Build systems for accountability, transparency, and clear follow-through. Shape Technical Strategy: drive exploration of new technologies, encourage experimentation, and maintain outcome orientation. Model integrity and rigor in every decision—whether with your team, cross-functional partners, or stakeholders. Qualifications Mid-Senior level experience as a Software Engineering Manager. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience delivering high-quality code and building scalable engineering teams. Ability to work cross-functionally and remove obstacles.
