Senior Manager, Capital Projects & Contracts - Real Estate

Responsibilities Partner with clients to identify risk, operational inefficiencies, and strategic opportunities across real estate portfolios, transactions, and capital investments Develop strategies to solve complex business problems using new ways of thinking Devise solutions to support clients' needs through using the latest tools and methods Develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery Foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market Mentor and provide performance development to teams as you oversee the successful completion of project work plans Requirements Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Real Estate, Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field) 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Real Estate, Investment Management, or Capital Project-related roles Experience with real estate financial modeling and analytical tools preferred Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, PMP, or related credentials are a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
