REGISTERED NURSE
Gifted Healthcare
Gifted Healthcare seeks an experienced LTAC RN to deliver high-quality, complex care to medically fragile patients in a Long-Term Acute Care setting. In this role, you’ll manage ventilators, trachs, wounds, and IV therapies while coordinating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes and support safe transitions of care. You’ll perform thorough assessments, administer medications, and provide patient and family education.
