Position Summary Supporting the Vascular Access Business Unit in the Visualization Navigation portfolio, this role involves technical collaboration with engineering and cross‑functional teams in the hardware, software, and systems space. The Project Manager (PM) will execute assigned New Product Development and Sustaining projects, manage costs and regulatory initiatives, and guide teams from concept through commercialization, ensuring consistency with company practices and creative problem solving. Principal Responsibilities Plan and manage new product development and/or sustaining projects through the product lifecycle for the Vascular business unit. Lead and drive project teams in a collaborative environment, completing deliverables on target timelines. Prepare and communicate project status reports, identifying deliverables, resources, risks, and mitigations. Facilitate identification of project impacts across all business areas. Support business areas to remove obstacles and, when appropriate, raise issues. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders. Develop and maintain collaborative relationships within Teleflex shared services. Negotiate and resolve conflicts to achieve project and business goals. Define project resource requirements and partner with leaders to secure needed resources. Adhere to regulatory agency standards, company quality standards, and corporate policies. Travel domestically and internationally as business needs demand. Track, trend, and report project execution metrics. Education / Experience Requirements BS in a technical discipline (e.g., engineering, bioscience). Minimum of 3‑5 years of demonstrated experience in project or program management in a technical discipline, medical device, and/or engineering. Proficiency with design control standards. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously through various stages of a product lifecycle. Ability to build trust and effective relationships with all levels of team members and stakeholders. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Project, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. Experience with hardware, software, and systems from a capital equipment standpoint. Specialized Skills / Other Requirements Expertise in coordinating across interdependent initiatives or program management experience. Knowledge of product lifecycle management planning, requirements, and implementation. Strong customer relations, presentation, problem‑solving, and negotiation skills. Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills. Strong experience with Microsoft Project. Experience working on a virtual team. Self‑starter with a proactive work ethic, well‑organized and detail‑oriented. Proven ability to influence across functions, drive collaboration, and lead change. Experience with integration of medical device acquisitions is a plus. PMP certification required. Experience with supply chain tools and methodologies is desired. Experience within Agile project methodology is desired.
