divh2HR Business Partner/h2pThe HR Business Partner (HRBP) position is responsible for delivering practical, people-centered HR support aligned with business needs. Serving as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, this role supports employee relations, performance management, and HR policy guidance while ensuring consistency, fairness, and mitigating risk. This role works closely with the managers in the groups they support to promote a positive, high-performance, service-driven culture. This position reports to the Human Resources Director./ppResponsibilities:/pulliAct as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert to employees at every step of their IEL journey; providing care, guidance and coaching while effectively mitigating business risk/liliAddress and resolve complex employee relations matters, including conducting thorough, objective, and well-documented investigations/liliBuild a performance-based culture by engaging with managers and employees; coach managers on nurturing high performance and addressing under-performance on their teams/liliProvide guidance to employees and managers within their client groups, as well as HR team members on a wide variety of HR processes, programs, policies, and tools/liliSupport leaders in navigating sensitive employee relations matters, including performance management, terminations, and other employment related issues/liliAppropriately escalate or transition matters to the correct partners, ensuring a seamless handoff and exceptional customer experience/liliProactively identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to solutions that enhance efficiency and consistency/liliEnsure the seamless delivery of our employee experience, driving service excellence with a focus on efficiency and consistency in the experience we deliver/liliBuild and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders to improve the employee experience, share information and influence change/liliShare best practices and collaborate with peers to develop solutions to complex or challenging situations/liliAnalyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies/liliPartner with members of the HR team on specific projects on an as needed basis/li/ulpRequirements:/pulliBachelors degree/lili3-5 years of Employee Relations Experience/liliAbility to communicate ideas and data in a persuasive and appropriate manner/liliStrong coaching, conflict resolution and ability to have difficult conversations/liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail/liliCollaborative, innovative and customer-focused/liliMust possess the ability to thrive in a team-based environment and work effectively with employees of all levels/liliExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines/liliProficient with Microsoft Office Suite/liliAbility to travel as needed; a few times each year on average/li/ulpPreferred:/pulliSHRM-CP or PHR/liliExperience working with Workday HCM/liliWorkday Pro/liliExperience supporting a remote client group/li/ulpWe are committed to providing reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities in our job application procedures.
