We are hiring Electrical Assemblers to help build and wire custom refrigeration houses used by major grocery and commercial facilities. This is a hands-on role where you'll work with electrical wiring, mechanical assembly, blueprints, and power tools while collaborating with a skilled team to bring unique projects to life.

What You'll Do:

• Run, route, and terminate electrical wiring on custom refrigeration systems
• Install and wire lights, ceiling fans, and customer-specific electrical components
• Read and interpret electrical prints, blueprints, and schematics
• Perform electrical and mechanical assembly using hand and power tools
• Assist with building custom refrigeration houses from start to finish
• Collaborate with a team to develop assembly solutions for unique projects
• Support quality, testing, and troubleshooting activities
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

Work Environment

You'll work in a large manufacturing facility alongside a team of skilled assemblers building custom refrigeration units from the ground up. The work is hands-on, fast-paced, and rewarding, with opportunities to contribute to unique projects that require craftsmanship and teamwork. Steel-toed boots and long pants are required.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
