Capriotti's Sandwich Shop is hiring a Shift Lead for our Colorado Springs, CO shop. Sharing our passion one sandwich at a time starts and ends with you. As a Shift Lead, you're the face of the shop, delivering uncompromising quality and service — hot food served hot, cold food served cold, everything fresh, the shop spotless, and your team in full uniform with a smile.

• Delegate duties and fairly assign tasks so Team Members are set up for success with every guest
• Build a strong team environment by recognizing individual and team wins
• Follow inventory control procedures and guidelines
• Uphold all Capriotti's procedures for cash handling, sanitation, and safety/security to protect Team Members and guests every shift
• Help manage labor costs during your shift
• Lead with integrity and honesty, promoting Capriotti's values and culture
• Stay proficient in every area of shop operations so you can jump in wherever needed
• Keep the shop clean and organized — dining room, restrooms, cold station, grill, and prep areas all set up and broken down properly
• Work as a team to prep for every shift
• Manage your time effectively to hit all job responsibilities
• Keep the vibe positive for Team Members and guests all shift long
