**Required/Preferred Experience:** - Preceptor experience is a big plus - Years of experience required: 2 - Travel Experience Required: Yes - Number of Weekend Shifts Per Contract: 6 weekend shifts per 6 week schedule **Leadership Experience:** - Previous Charge Experience: - **Certifications:** - Required: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS **Licensure:** - License: Must be in hand prior to start date. Temporary licenses may be obtainable once permanent license applications have been submitted. **Skills:** - Chest tubes-Emerson/PleurEvac - Feeding tube care and management - Interpretation of dysrhythmias - IV insulin protocols - Manage Cardiac drips- no titration - Manage Vasoactive drips-no titration - Management of dysrhythmias - PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown - Starting and maintaining IVs - Titrate Cardiac drips - Titrate Vasoactive drips - Titration of Insulin drips - Tracheostomy care/management **Qualifications:** - Travelers University must be accredited by the ACEN or CCNE at the time of graduation. - 2 supervisor references required **Patient Care Details:** - Ratios: 1:4 - Patient Age Groups: Adults, Geriatrics - Patient Diagnoses: General Med/Surg requiring PCU level of care.
