CNC Production Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented CNC Production Assistant to support basic production and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who is hands-on, eager to learn, and interested in growing within a production setting.

Location: Mesa, AZ
Schedule: Monday–Friday ! 8 am - 4:30 pm
Pay rate: $18 - $21

Duties:

• Assist with basic CNC machine operation and production support tasks
• Load and unload materials during production runs
• Follow instructions to help set up machines and prepare materials
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met
• Organize work-in-progress (WIP) and completed items
• Support basic troubleshooting and machine adjustments as directed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Assist with inventory counts and general warehouse duties
• Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines
• Support team members with additional tasks as needed

Requirements:

• No CNC experience required – training provided
• Mechanically inclined and willing to learn
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a structured environment
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
