Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records for a portfolio of commercial and retail properties.
• Prepare and review monthly financial statements, including income statements and balance sheets.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Monitor property budgets and assist in budget preparation.
• Generate rent invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Assist with annual audits and tax filings.
• Work closely with property managers to address financial inquiries and concerns.
• Prepare financial reports for property owners and investors.
• Stay up-to-date with accounting standards and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience in property accounting is a plus but not required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
