Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in Winchester, Tennessee. The role involves providing specialized care to adult patients with complex medical conditions in a busy ICU setting. This position requires a compassionate, team-oriented nursing professional committed to delivering high-quality patient care.

Job Details:

• Shift: Nights, 12 hours per shift
• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in Tennessee; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), BLS (Basic Life Support), and PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support); 2+ years of ICU experience; current certifications prior to start; location must be at least 60 miles from the facility
• Preferred Qualifications: Advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, vasoactive drips, cardiac support; minimal two years of ICU experience
• Unit Information:
  • Number of Beds: 10
  • Patient Ratios: 1:2
  • Equipment: Baxter pump, GE bedside monitor, Arjo beds
  • Patient Population: 18 or older, rare pediatric post-op patient
• Additional Information:
  • Orientation is weekly, on Mondays
  • The facility features a 10-bed ICU, a 13-bay Emergency Room with over 15,000 visits annually, and comprehensive radiology services including MRI, CT, PET/CT, Mammography, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, and X-ray
  • Unit Profile: ICU trauma level III, census dependent call requirements, census dependent float rotation
