Location: GARNER, NC
Overview:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Associate to join our team specializing in quartz and granite distribution. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the stone industry, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to cultivate lasting relationships with clients. This role is critical in driving revenue growth, maintaining customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities for quartz and granite products.
Meet or exceed established sales targets and revenue goals.
Educate clients on product offerings, including features, benefits, and applications.
Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and manage contracts with customers.
Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products.
Attend trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities.
Provide leadership and guidance to junior sales associates.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the quartz and granite distribution industry or related field.
Strong understanding of quartz and granite products, applications, and market demands.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
Availability to travel for client meetings and events as required.
Compensation:
Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
Performance-based commission structure.
