You'll provide outpatient therapy to clients from a remote setting, helping them address mental health concerns, relationship challenges, life changes, and other issues affecting their day-to-day well-being.Your work will include assessing client needs, providing ongoing therapy, monitoring progress, and keeping clinical records current. This role is a good fit for a clinician who works well independently and values a consistent Monday-through-Friday schedule.ResponsibilitiesConduct individual therapy appointments through a secure telehealth platformComplete intake evaluations and assess clients' clinical needsEstablish treatment goals and develop appropriate care plansMonitor symptoms, progress, and response to treatment over timeUpdate treatment approaches when client needs or circumstances changeMaintain timely and accurate notes in the electronic health recordIdentify safety concerns and follow established crisis and reporting proceduresUphold confidentiality, ethical guidelines, and Louisiana licensing requirements
