No problem—we'll train the right person! ✅ Steady, Local Work - Home every night with dependable hours (35-45 hrs/week) ✅ Career Growth - Join a respected company that rewards hard work and initiative What You'll Do: - Pump septic & grease for residential and commercial customers - Provide excellent customer service and educate clients on additional services - Recommend and sell necessary maintenance services (commission-based sales) - Locate and access (including digging) septic tanks on job sites - Operate a pump truck, connect 3" hoses, and safely transport waste - Complete minimal paperwork and follow safety regulations What We're Looking For: ✔ CDL Class A or B (Required) ✔ Good Driving Record - Must pass a background check & drug test ✔ Sales-Minded & Customer-Focused - Comfortable recommending additional services ✔ Experience in Commercial Driving (Septic or grease pumping is a plus, but we'll train!) ✔ Reliable & Hardworking - Motivated self-starter who takes initiative ✔ Ability to Perform Physical Labor - This is a hands-on job requiring strength and endurance Schedule & Location: - Full-time | Local routes - Home every night! - Monday-Friday work week (No long-haul trucking!) - Servicing the Treasure Valley area Ready to Earn More and Grow Your Career?
