How you'll make an impact in this role

• Empower through Diagnosis: Administer and interpret psychosocial assessments that provide the clarity needed to diagnose and treat a wide range of mental and behavioral health conditions.
• Design Custom Care: Develop and lead assessment-driven treatment plans, acting as the primary architect of your patient's recovery journey.
• Champion Collaboration: Partner closely with team managers, community agencies, and families to create a seamless circle of support and ensure long-term plan compliance.
• Deliver Versatile Therapy: Provide high-impact psychotherapeutic care across the spectrum-from immediate crisis intervention to sustained short-term and long-term therapy.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• One or more of the following required:
  • Social Worker specializing in Clinical Practice obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Social Workers obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
• Preferred Credential(s):
  • Drivers License.

Education:

• Master's degree in Social Work required.

Work Experience:

• 3 years of experience preferred.
