Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I - Day Shift A [Contract to Hire]

Iovance Biotherapeutics seeks an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I to support autologous cell therapy production in Philadelphia. The role involves suite preparation, material handling, environmental monitoring, and final product processing in a GMP cleanroom environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare manufacturing suites and maintain room readiness for cell processing operations
• Execute material transfers, kit preparation, and inventory transactions
• Perform biosafety cabinet runner duties and operate equipment including liquid repeater pumps
• Conduct environmental monitoring, final product inspection, and cryopreservation in controlled rate freezers
• Maintain training documentation and comply with GMP and good documentation practices

Requirements

• Background in cell culture techniques and aseptic gowning procedures
• Experience or qualification in ISO class 5 cleanroom operations
• Understanding of GMP principles and Standard Operating Procedures
• Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays
• Proficiency with electronic inventory systems
