Job Responsibilities

• Read and interpret batch cards and production formulas.
• Accurately weigh and measure raw materials, including powders, liquids, and pigments.
• Mix ingredients according to specified recipes and procedures.
• Operate industrial mixing and processing equipment.
• Monitor machinery and production processes to ensure efficient operation.
• Collect product samples for quality testing and inspection.
• Record production data and maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow safety, quality, and manufacturing guidelines at all times.
• Assist with general production and housekeeping duties as needed.

Schedule

• 12-hour shifts available
• Weekend Day Shift
• Week Night Shift

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in batch making, chemical processing, or machine operation.
• Ability to read, understand, and follow production formulas and recipes.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to consistently lift up to 50 lbs.

Preferred Skills

• Experience blending or mixing materials in a manufacturing environment.
• Forklift operation experience and ability to move raw materials safely.
• Experience operating and monitoring production machinery.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.

This is a Contract position based out of Cherry Hill, NJ.

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
