The Order Processor/Office Administrator/ Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in the daily flow and duties within the warehouse department as needed. Input orders into company's WMS system Manage correspondence with our customers Review daily workboard and organize the shifts priorities Create shipping paperwork for inbound orders Create shipping paperwork for outbound orders Handle any issues or discrepancies with shipments Communicate updates with customers Monitor clients inventory and run reports where necessary Order more supplies when necessary Receives verbal instructions from manager Provide exceptional customer service and proactive communication to our customers Complete any additional Task and Duties assigned What you will bring.... High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of shipping or logistics experience (preferred) Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel Strong administration or warehouse background. Be able to do basic math functions and use a calculator Excellent communication and organizational skills Flexible schedule, ability to work extended hours/over-time as needed High level of energy and drive to work with the warehouse employees Able to demonstrate a willingness to keep learning and improving. Maintain neat, clean, and orderly work area appearance. Adhere to all company policies and safety procedures and guidelines. Physical Requirements: Ability to understand, process, and record all warehouse data that is required Ability to meet all physical requirements including standing, bending, and sitting Able to communicate through multiple media channels including emails, phone calls and in person discussions What we offer Employee High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) currently paid for 100% by Green. $1,800 contributed to employee HSA Account, if on HDHP.
