Lone Star Staffing is hiring an Office Receiving Clerk!
We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to support receiving operations and daily office tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with paperwork and computer systems, and able to communicate effectively with warehouse staff and management.
Job Title: Office Receiving Clerk
Pay Rate: $15.00/HR
Schedule: 1st Shift – AM
Benefits: Medical, Dental, AD&D
Job Responsibilities- Assist with daily receiving and office operations
- Verify incoming shipments, paperwork, and product information
- Enter and maintain receiving information accurately in computer systems
- Prepare, organize, and file receiving documents
- Communicate with warehouse personnel regarding incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist with tracking deliveries and resolving discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Answer phones, emails, and general office inquiries as needed
- Maintain an organized and professional office area
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Previous office, receiving, data entry, or warehouse administrative experience is a plus
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
