Now Hiring: Care CoordinatorLocation: West Allis, WI | Full-Time | Flexible Hours | Hybrid Work Option AvailableJoin our passionate team at PSG/CIP, a dynamic and community-focused social services organization providing innovative mental health programs across eastern Wisconsin!Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate and driven Care Coordinator to join the Adult Comprehensive Community Services (CCS) Care Coordination program with Professional Services Group in Milwaukee County. In the Care Coordinator position, you will support individuals with significant mental health and substance use challenges.
