You’ll help run daily operations, develop your team, and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience. This is not an “easy” role — it’s for someone who enjoys being challenged, leading from the front, and holding high standards. What You’ll Do Lead shifts and run the store in the Store Manager’s absence Coach and develop team members and shift leaders Enforce company standards, policies, and accountability Deliver fast, accurate service while maintaining quality Handle cash and ensure operational accuracy Set the tone for energy, urgency, and guest experience Schedule Expectations Full-time (42–45 hours/week). Must be available nights and weekends. Typical shifts: Opening: 9:00 AM – 5/6 PM Closing: 3/4 PM – ~1 hour after close Store hours: Sun–Thurs: 11 AM – 11 PM Fri–Sat: 11 AM – 11:30 PM Extended summer hours apply.
