Senior Primary Care Medical Assistant - Float

Float Medical Assistant at Conviva Senior Primary Care supports multiple clinics serving adults 65+. This role provides direct patient care, including vitals, injections, EKGs, and point-of-care testing, and assists providers with exams and procedures. The Float MA coordinates referrals, documents in the EHR, and helps manage chronic conditions and preventive care. You’ll travel between centers, adapt to varied teams, and contribute to a compassionate, senior-focused, value-based care model that emphasizes wellness, education, and long-term relationships.
