Relativity is seeking an experienced HRIS Lead to provide senior technical and functional leadership for Workday and related HR systems. You will partner across HR, IT, and the business to design, implement, and evolve scalable HR technology solutions, owning complex initiatives on the HRIS roadmap. You will mentor HRIS analysts, serve as the primary Workday SME, and drive system strategy, governance, and deployment of new functionalities across HR domains. #J-18808-Ljbffr Relativity
