Senior Workday HRIS Strategy Lead

Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Senior Manager to lead HR technology initiatives, with emphasis on Workday and related HR systems. You will translate complex needs into scalable Workday solutions and partner across HR, IT, and Finance to drive governance and delivery. Responsibilities include hands-on Workday design across Core HCM, Talent, Comp and Integrations, global rollout, data integrity, and reporting.
