Goodwill SELA is seeking a Retail Recruiter to support multiple retail locations with end-to-end recruitment. You will review applications, pre-screen candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews, and manage hiring workflows within the Applicant Tracking System. Collaboration with district leadership will shape priorities and ensure timely hiring decisions. The role evolves with the Talent Acquisition function and may expand to sourcing, hiring events, and pipeline development, aligning with #J-18808-Ljbffr
