Millwright - Per Diem Offered

Trillium Construction is seeking Riggers & Millwrights/Machinery Movers for a project in Red Oak, TX.


Key Responsibilities (Riggers & Millwrights/Machinery Movers)
• Inspect and prepare rigging equipment such as slings, shackles, chains, hooks, and pulleys
• Determine the safest and most effective methods for lifting and moving loads
• Attach rigging to loads using hand and power tools, following load charts and engineering specifications
• Signal or direct crane and equipment operators using standard hand signals or radio communication
• Ensure proper load balance and weight distribution during all lifts
• Perform pre-lift checks and participate in lift-planning meetings
• Monitor rigging operations for safety and make adjustments as needed
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and properly store rigging equipment
• Immediately report any damaged or defective gear
• Follow all company, site, and OSHA safety standards and procedures


Pay: $32
Per Diem: $100 / day for all 7 days
Schedule: Mon - Sat, 60h / week

Qualifications
-NCCER Advanced Rigging or NCCCO Level II certification (for Riggers)
-OSHA 10 required
-Lift Certification and Fall Protection certification preferred
-Pre-employment screenings
