Viridian Staffing's Client is looking for a confident Sales Account Executive in the Tampa, Florida, area to help drive sales for a fast-paced equipment/machinery manufacturing company. Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing ( is the Original Talent Acquisition & Talent Management Firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry. Ideally, you'll be bringing with you a cannabis book of business to grow the number of production facilities carrying the product, while providing a consultative selling approach with existing customers as well. You're known for your exceptional customer service, negotiation skills and have the ability to close sales using your proven communication skills, along with your ability to build lasting relationships with customers. You'll have the opportunity to utilize your expert level knowledge of the company's products to elevate the brand's community profile. If you have proven success in driving growth in companies, are great at establishing credibility & rapport with clients, and building professional relationships, then this could be the right role for you.

Required Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and areliable personal vehicle for use for everyday job functions
- Proven success with coldcalling and email marketing
- 2+ Years of proven success inB2B Sales, preferably selling equipment, machinery, or other tools in toCannabis Production facilities
- CRM experience and MicrosoftOffice (including Excel) or Google suite experience (including sheets,Drive and Calendar)
- A growth mindset, arecoachable and are willing to do what it takes to become a Subject MatterExpert (SME), as there is a great deal of information to learn about theequipment and then convey that information to customers.
- Ability to forecast monthlyprojections
- ExceptionalClient Relationship building and written/verbal communication skills
- In depth understanding ofFlorida Cannabis compliance laws for the cannabis industry
