Pay & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $45$50/hour
- Mileage reimbursement
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days, additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You'll Do
- Manage ventilation patients, including setup, monitoring, and troubleshooting advanced respiratory equipment
- Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory care, equipment, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain meticulous documentation of patient progress and equipment usage
- Provide on-call consultation support as needed
- Support clinical workflows in pediatric and ALS ventilation care settings
What You Need
- Current and valid RRT or RN licensure in Massachusetts
- Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
- Proficiency with respiratory equipment software and documentation tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
