Assistant Manager

Job Description Summary: A Community Office Assistant handles a variety of operations, and administrative tasks for a fast-paced office environment. This role will be responsible for the duties listed below and will report directly to the Community Manager. This individual must also demonstrate the highest level of personal and professional integrity and adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.

CLERICAL DUTIES

Maintain the front desk area and handle initial greeting of residents and potential home buyers who visit the office. Answer telephone calls and follow our phone call script with potential home buyers. Use of property management software system for entering contact information for prospective home buyers. Maintaining and updating the prospective home buyers’ information in the property management system during the sales process. Assisting the Community Manager with entering new resident applications into the property management background check system. Assisting the Community Manager with handling the reservation and move in process for new residents in the property management system. Prepare lease and sales documents. Maintain filing and storage systems in the office. General assistance and other tasks as delegated by the Community Manager.

REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS

Detailed oriented Ability to work independently – under low supervision. Ability to work in a demanding and driven work environment.
