The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting cross-functionalinitiatives within Cava Foods. This position is responsible for coordinatingand executing programs and projects that enhance operational efficiency,product quality, and team collaboration. The ideal candidate is highlyorganized, detail-oriented, and a proactive problem solver with strongcommunication skills and a passion for driving impactful results. What You’ll Do: Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverablesfor ongoing projects within Cava Foods. Ensure program goals align with organizationalpriorities and strategic objectives. Act as a central point of contact for internaland external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and coordinationbetween departments, including production, quality assurance, supplychain, marketing, and R&D teams. Organize and lead regular meetings, capturingactionable items and ensuring follow-ups. Identify opportunities to streamline workflowsand improve program execution. Support the development and implementation ofbest practices and standard operating procedures. Maintain accurate records and documentationrelated to program activities. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) andprovide regular updates to leadership. Assist in planning and executing events suchas team-building activities, training sessions, and special projects. Ensure all logistical details are managedeffectively. The Qualifications: Bachelor’sdegree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field(or equivalent experience). 2+years of experience in program or project coordination, preferably in the foodmanufacturing or CPG industry. Strongorganizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritizeeffectively. Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverseteams. Proficiencyin project management tools and software Analyticalmindset with attention to detail and a focus on problem-solving.
