Seeking a Business Operations Manager to drive cross-functional initiatives across marketing and creative teams. This role translates business priorities into actionable roadmaps, establishes operating rhythms, manages dependencies, and ensures new initiatives align with the organization’s operating model.

The ideal candidate combines strategic execution, program management, product ownership, and change management experience, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and connect creative, operational, and technology teams. This person will also help move successful pilots into sustainable capabilities with clear ownership, processes, and measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple portfolios and capabilities, establishing objectives, scope, decision rights, milestones, and transition plans.
• Translate business priorities into integrated roadmaps with clear owners, dependencies, success measures, and expected outcomes.
• Establish operating rhythms for planning, progress reviews, issue resolution, and leadership decision-making.
• Deliver concise leadership reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, competing priorities, and decisions required.
• Identify blockers and trade-offs, escalating issues that require leadership alignment or decisions.
• Ensure new initiatives align with the organization’s operating model, including taxonomy, service offerings, workflows, routing rules, and system configuration.
• Translate user needs and operating-model decisions into business requirements, partnering with Intelligent Solutions, Production Operations, and technology teams on delivery.
• Lead change management, communications, training, readiness, and adoption activities for major initiatives.
• Define and monitor adoption, usability, and business outcome metrics to evaluate pilots and drive continuous improvement.
• Transition successful pilots into sustainable capabilities by establishing business readiness, ongoing ownership, operating processes, roles, decision rights, and measurement.

Qualifications

• Experience in business operations, strategy execution, transformation, or program/portfolio management within a complex organization.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong skills translating business strategy into roadmaps, dependency plans, and actionable implementation steps.
• Product ownership or product management experience, ideally with enterprise platforms and workflow solutions.
• Experience with change management, stakeholder communications, training, and adoption.
• Excellent executive communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong systems thinking and the ability to create structure from ambiguity while balancing process consistency with operational efficiency.
• Ability to work effectively across creative, business operations, and technology teams.

The pay range for this position is $62-65/hr. Benefits available to contract/temporary professionals, include medical, vision, dental, and life and disability insurance.
