We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Fabricator to join our team in a dynamic metal fabrication facility. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in structural steel layout, fitting, and welding, with a strong focus on stair and handrail fabrication. This role demands precision, a keen eye for detail, and a steadfast commitment to safety and quality.

Fabricator Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $22.50 to $33.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- Weekend work required
- First Shift ( Monday through Saturday from 06:00am to 04:30pm )
- Perform fitting, welding, and modification tasks on various materials and components, with an emphasis on structural steel.
- Execute precise structural steel layout and fit-up, including the fabrication of stairs and handrails.
- Operate a variety of machinery and tools safely and efficiently, ensuring all work adheres to specifications.
- Clean, prepare, and meticulously verify the accuracy of parts and materials before commencing any work.
- Read and accurately interpret complex technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure exact execution.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet project goals, production schedules, and quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
Fabricator Qualifications:
- Proven experience in fabrication, welding, or a related field, with a strong background in structural steel layout and fit-up, as well as stair and handrail fabrication.
- Proficiency in various welding processes including MIG, TIG, Flux Core, Arc, Steel, and Aluminum welding.
- Strong understanding of pipefitting principles and techniques.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
- Exceptional ability to accurately read and utilize a tape measure.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
