Server Position

Location: Bellevue, WA Salary: $22.00 $28.00 per hour (base) Average Total Pay with Tips: $25.00 $50.00 per hour

About Us: At Supreme Dumplings, we bring moments of joy to our guests, team members, and communities through authentic Taiwanese cuisine. We specialize in Xiao Long Bao (little dumplings in a basket)a traditional delicacy with over 1,000 years of history, carefully crafted in our kitchens using time-honored techniques. Rooted in tradition and craftsmanship, we are committed to exceptional quality, warm service, and memorable dining experiences, ensuring every bite reflects our passion for culinary excellence. With multiple locations across the U.S., our mission is to share authentic Taiwanese dumplings in welcoming spaces that bring people together.

About Role

As a Server, you'll play a pivotal role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. In addition to taking orders and delivering food, you'll have the opportunity to learn about our diverse food and drink menu, providing recommendations and enhancing the overall dining experience.

• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion.
• Always maintain a positive and calm demeanor.
• Follow operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare bar drinks such as beer, wine, sake, liquor, and cocktails. (If you are 21 or older)
• Educate and engage guests about the company brand.
• Be punctual and on time.
• Learning our policies and procedures through our learning management system
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields.
• Ability to speak, read and write in English
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic mixology knowledge and
• Ability to be vigilant and attentive to the needs of customers.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) a valid food handler's permit.
• Must have (or be willing to obtain) an alcohol serving license. (If you are 21 or older)
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• 18+ years of age
