Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Finishing, sanding, de-flashing, machine/press operation, quality control, and use of hand or power tools.
- Machine operation with mold presses or bonders.
- Be able to use hand or power tools.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours or more.
Qualifications:
- Prior manufacturing experience, preferred, but not required.
- GED or HS Equivalent.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
- Must be open to work 2nd or 3rd shifts.
- Attention to detail.
- Starting rate $19.00 (plus $1.00 shift differential for 2nd shift; and.50 shift differential for 3rd shift). Additional.75 increase after completion of 65-day probationary period. Progressive increases every 12 months to top rate.
