Remote Creative Director, Learning Content

We are seeking a Creative Director, Learning Content to oversee the creative vision for a comprehensive course library.

Responsibilities Include

• Defining and maintaining a cohesive visual identity and style guides tailored to various industries and audiences.
• Leading the development of multimedia content such as video, animation, and interactive modules, managing end-to-end production workflows.
• Applying AI-generated media tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Enforcing rigorous quality control and conducting QA reviews for all content before launch.
• Collaborating with stakeholders, translating high-level goals into creative briefs, and using learner data to refine content.
• Serving as a hands-on creative force, directing external vendors, and ensuring brand alignment with marketing.

Qualifications Include

• 8+ years in creative direction, content production, or related fields, with a portfolio in digital media or eLearning.
• Expertise in motion graphics, video, interactive design, and instructional media.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, familiarity with eLearning tools, and experience with AI media platforms.
• Strong leadership in managing creative teams and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Experience developing style guides across industries and audiences is preferred.
