Sterile Processing Technician – Surgical ServicesShift: 3x12 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday nights) 18:00 – 06:30Contract Length: 13 weeksGuaranteed Hours: 36 per weekMinimum 2 years of sterile processing or relevant experience requiredNational certification required: CBSPD or CRCST (HSPA/formerly IAHCSMM)Trauma Level I experience preferredEnsure the proper cleaning, assembly, and sterilization of surgical instruments and traysUtilize aseptic techniques in the preparation and handling of surgical suppliesMonitor sterilization processes and ensure compliance with safety standardsMaintain accurate records of instrument tracking and sterilization monitoringPerform manual and ultrasonic cleaning, as well as washer/sterilizer operationScrubs provided by the facilityFlu vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions allowedCompliance deadline: 3 PM CST on the Monday before the initial start dateCity: Saint LouisState: MOTLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is an equal-opportunity employer and fully complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
