Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid- to senior-level leverage finance associate for their Charlotte, NC office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance, particularly in working with various financial institutions on syndicated and club transactions. Duties Collaborate with financial institutions on private credit sponsor acquisition financings. Engage in structured finance, CLOs, and fund finance transactions. Focus on cash flow lending and sophisticated finance transactions. Requirements Minimum of four years of substantive finance experience. Experience with bank and non-bank financial institutions. Admitted to the state bar of the preferred office location. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications State bar admission in the preferred office location. Skills Strong deal experience at a large law firm. Proficiency in cash flow lending and finance transactions.
