Overview
We are hiring energetic and outgoing individuals to join our team as a Sales Brand Ambassador representing leading energy and utility solutions inside major retail locations and at local Pittsburgh events. This is a face to face sales and customer engagement role designed for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and being part of a high energy team environment.
Whether you're coming from retail, hospitality, or wanting a career switch this is a great opportunity to gain hands on experience in sales, marketing, and customer acquisition while growing into leadership.
What You’ll Do
- Represent our clients inside retail stores and at local events, promotions, and pop ups
- Engage with customers directly, create interest, and deliver product presentations
- Educate customers on energy supply options, utility programs, and cost saving solutions
- Drive new customer enrollments and hit daily and weekly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with new customers
- Track customer interactions and sales using Salesforce CRM
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and maintaining a professional brand image
- Work closely with leadership on sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and territory growth
