Content Strategist

To support digital transformation initiatives, the contract remote Content Strategist will lead research efforts, develop strategic content roadmaps, and facilitate workshops to bridge technical data and human-centered storytelling for senior stakeholders. Key responsibilities Lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including stakeholder interviews and user surveys Author high-level content strategies and develop content templates that guide messaging and digital experience improvements Facilitate collaborative workshops to align cross-functional stakeholders around a unified digital and content strategy Required qualifications 5-8 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or SEO/GEO, ideally in a client-facing role Strong experience conducting research and translating insights into actionable content strategies Proven ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, English, Information Technology, or a related field Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare or finance is preferred
