Responsibilities

• Own the overall planning, product roadmap, feature design, and launch cadence of AI SaaS products, ensuring they serve the core business needs of game studios and app developers.


• Deeply research customer pain points across game operations, user acquisition, advertising, creative production, data analysis, user growth, and monetization, and translate them into clear product features and business value.


• Evaluate and apply mainstream AI tools and AI product capabilities, including but not limited to LLMs, AI agents, content generation, data analysis, workflow automation, customer service / sales automation, design tools, and coding assistants.


• Use AI tools to quickly produce market research, competitive analysis, user interview summaries, PRDs, prototypes, interaction designs, test cases, launch documentation, and product operations materials.


• Work closely with engineering, algorithms, design, commercialization, sales, and customer success teams to drive product development, testing, launch, and customer delivery.


• Design product capabilities that help game studios improve user acquisition efficiency, including campaign strategy assistance, creative insights, creative generation, attribution analysis, budget analysis, performance diagnosis, and growth recommendations.


• Build product metrics and analytics frameworks to continuously track product usage, customer retention, feature conversion, ROI, operational efficiency improvement, and commercialization performance.


• Own customer feedback collection, requirements prioritization, feature iteration, and commercialization packaging after launch.


• Independently drive product execution in early-stage or resource-constrained environments, including requirements gathering, prototyping, development coordination, testing acceptance, and launch operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management, AI products, B2B products, ad tech products, gaming tools, or growth tools.


• Proven experience building mature SaaS products from 0 to 1 or scaling them from 1 to N, with the ability to independently own product design, development coordination, and launch delivery.


• Familiarity with mainstream AI tools and AI product patterns, with practical experience using AI tools to improve product development, business workflows, or customer delivery efficiency.


• Experience in the gaming industry, with a strong understanding of game operations, user acquisition, advertising, creative production, user growth, retention, monetization, and data analysis workflows.


• Experience helping game studios improve operational efficiency, user acquisition efficiency, advertising performance, or growth outcomes through products or business initiatives.


• Strong product design skills, with the ability to translate complex business scenarios into clear, usable, and deliverable product capabilities.


• Strong project execution and cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, algorithms, design, sales, customer success, and leadership teams.


• Data-driven product mindset, with the ability to use metrics, user feedback, and business results to determine product priorities and iteration direction.


• Strong English communication skills, with the ability to support global customers, overseas markets, or international team collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS products for game studios, advertising tools, growth platforms, marketing automation platforms, or data analytics platforms.


• Familiarity with advertising platforms and user acquisition ecosystems such as AppLovin, Mintegral, Unity Ads, ironSource, Moloco, Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.


• Experience with AI agents, workflow automation, generative AI, LLM applications, data intelligence products, or MarTech / AdTech AI products.


• Experience independently building MVPs or quickly validating products using low-code / no-code tools, AI coding tools, or automation tools.


• Experience with product commercialization packaging, customer demos, pre-sales support, or co-creation with strategic customers.
