Key Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapist (OT) services in accordance with facility standards
• Follow established clinical workflows, safety protocols, and procedures

Qualifications

• Active OK license, registration, or certification as required
• At least 1 year of recent experience in Occupational Therapist (OT)
