What You'll Do:

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL physical functioning disorders
• Develop and implement individualized care plans following clinical standards and regulations
• Administer assessments and evidence-based interventions, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of supportive devices
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments accordingly, and evaluating outcomes
• Provide counseling and education to patients, families, and caregivers
• Document all services and maintain accurate patient records
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and conferences
• Support and supervise occupational therapy assistants, rehabilitation aides, and students as needed

What You Need:

• Valid OT licensure in Oklahoma or applicable state
• Experience in long-term care or similar healthcare settings preferred
• Strong communication and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
