Experience: Prior LTC or rehab experience preferred

Hourly Rate: $58.96

What You'll Do

• Screen, evaluate, and rehabilitate patients with physical functioning disorders or wound care needs.
• Develop and follow personalized care plans in compliance with regulations and clinical standards.
• Administer procedures such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, use of supportive devices, and wound management.
• Monitor patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed and documenting outcomes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members and communicate patient progress effectively.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and their families.
• Support supervision of Physical Therapist Assistants, rehabilitation aides, or students as needed.

What You Need

• Required:
• Valid Physical Therapist license in Oklahoma
• Experience in outpatient, rehab, or LTC settings
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Preferred:
• Prior LTC experience
• Knowledge of regulatory documentation standards
