Our commercial property services client is seeking a Regional Field Operations Manager to lead field operations across several service lines. This person leads a field-based team spanning the Southern CA region. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on rebuilding systems, scheduling, and labor discipline while improving margins across the business.

Responsibilities:

• Own financial performance for multiple service lines, including P&L results, job costing, and margin growth
• Plan labor needs, drive crew productivity, control overtime, and keep operations compliant with California wage and hour law
• Build and manage routes, schedules, and field staffing to get the most out of available resources across hundreds of properties
• Lead and develop a team of 3 operations managers and 6 production supervisors across Los Angeles, San Diego, and the Inland Empire
• Hold the team accountable for service quality and client retention
• Manage subcontractor performance and costs across all service lines
• Set up systems for recurring service schedules and make sure work gets completed as planned
• Track operational KPIs and lead ongoing process improvements
• Spend most of the week in the field, working directly with crews and supervisors
• Serve as an on-call escalation point for a business that operates 24/7/365

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years' experience leading operations in a service business with multiple sites or routes
• Direct P&L and job costing responsibility
• Working knowledge of labor management and California wage and hour requirements
• Experience with routing, scheduling, and workforce utilization
• Proven record of improving operational and financial results
• Available for on-call support

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in commercial property services, facilities management, janitorial, landscape, hospitality, or multi unit operations
• Experience managing both hourly field employees and subcontractors
• Familiarity with field service management software such as Aspire
• Spanish fluency
• Ability to move between service lines as business needs shift
