What You’ll Bring to the Role: At least 12 months of clinical experience in urgent or emergency care settings. Proficiency in Epic EMR systems and the ability to handle all patient visits independently. Strong soft skills with excellent communication and patient interaction abilities. Valid Board Certification (such as NCCPA, NP Boards) and required certifications including BLS, NC DEA, and Family NP Certification or PA Certification. Willingness to work full-time hours in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: Experience performing minor procedures like I&D, lac repair, ear irrigation. Comfort working in a supportive team environment with excellent collaboration skills. Prior experience in pediatric care environments. Preferred Education and Experience: A minimum of 12 months of hands-on experience in urgent or emergency care. Licensure and certification compliant with North Carolina state requirements. Ability to use Epic EMR with confidence. Additional Requirements: Must be a local candidate residing within 60 miles of Lumberton, NC. Ability to commit to scheduled training and onboarding, including participation in mandatory EMR training sessions. No travel reimbursement is provided; mileage will be reimbursed for local support within specified radius. Offsite supervision is available for APPs, with off-site support from the supervising physician.
