Stegall is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Plumbing Project Manager who knows how to run commercial plumbing projects and wants to be part of a company where people matter.

This isn’t a position where you’ll just sit behind a desk managing spreadsheets. We’re looking for someone who understands the field, knows how to work with Superintendents and Foremen, takes ownership of their projects, and knows what it takes to deliver a great job for the customer.

You’ll have the opportunity to manage multiple commercial plumbing projects from start to finish while being supported by an experienced team and a company that is investing in its people and its future.

What You’ll Do

• Manage multiple commercial plumbing projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Own project schedules, budgets, manpower planning, materials, and overall project performance.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work.
• Work closely with Superintendents, Foremen, General Contractors, owners, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Monitor job costs, labor hours, materials, change orders, and project profitability.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, purchase orders, change orders, and project documentation.
• Stay ahead of potential problems and work with the team to find solutions before they impact the project.
• Coordinate materials and equipment to keep projects moving.
• Attend project meetings and keep customers and leadership informed.
• Help ensure projects meet Stegall’s expectations for quality, safety, schedule, and customer service.
• Manage project closeout, punch lists, inspections, and final documentation.
• Build strong relationships with customers and General Contractors that lead to repeat business.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial plumbing construction experience preferred.
• Experience as a Plumbing Project Manager, Assistant Project Manager, Superintendent, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, drawings, specifications, and codes.
• Experience successfully managing multiple projects.
• Strong understanding of job costing, scheduling, labor management, purchasing, and change orders.
• Someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and follows through.
• A strong communicator who can work just as well with field employees as with customers and company leadership.
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t wait for someone else to solve the problem.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to visit project sites as needed.
