Head of Project Management

Job Description
Job Description Accurate Glass & Trim is looking for an organized and dependable Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial glass and home-improvement projects from start to finish. The Project Manager will coordinate customers, installers, subcontractors, materials, schedules, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to customer expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initial planning through completion
  • Coordinate project schedules with customers, installers, and contractors
  • Communicate with customers regarding project timelines, updates, and requirements
  • Coordinate materials, equipment, and job-site needs
  • Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
  • Work with field teams to resolve scheduling or project issues
  • Review project details, estimates, proposals, and work orders
  • Track project costs, changes, and completion status
  • Communicate project updates to management
  • Handle customer concerns and coordinate solutions
  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation
  • Follow up on completed work and outstanding items
  • Ensure projects meet company quality and customer-service standards

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in project management, construction management, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience coordinating field teams or contractors is a plus
  • Construction, glass, windows, doors, or home-improvement experience is preferred
  • Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and other computer software
  • Strong problem-solving and customer-service skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Employment Type: Full-time
